“Don’t Excavate…Rehabilitate!”

Powell Sanitation provides a no-dig solution to repairing your business or homes’ sewer line. Pipe relining is a way of repairing cracked or broken pipes from the inside, without digging. Essentially, it means creating a new, tough pipe inside the existing damaged one, promoting a better flow and sealing off cracks. The section that is relined seals perfectly against the rest of your pipe system, stopping leaks and preventing further breaks.

Trenchless pipe lining is a cost-effective method of rehabilitating old, deteriorated pipes.

This technology does away with the need for digging long ditch lines to replace problem pipes or pipes located under structures & roadways.

Pipe lining repairs cracked, missing & broken pipes, pipes with root and water infiltrations.

Virtually any pipe material in diameters ranging from 2” to 8” can be lined

Advantages of Using Trenchless Pipe Relining Technology

  • Lessens probable damage on the pipes in the future and reduces services required for excavations and digging.
  • Repairs plumbing and sewer lines and strengthens them without having to dig or excavate.
  • Does away with costly concrete repair, street repaving and traffic rerouting or control.

At Powell’s we use is a fiberglass pipe liner coated with PVC. The liner is saturated with an epoxy resin that ensures the liner’s adhesion to the existing pipe. The resin filled pipe liner is turned inside out in an inversion process and compressed firmly against the existing pipe with an inflatable bladder that remains inflated until the liner is fully cured & adhered. The result is an almost new sewer or plumbing pipe with a life expectancy of a minimum of 50 years.

Powell Sanitation is committed to offering you quality service and stand ready to help with any type of pipe repair necessary. Whether you have a blocked drain, clogged sink, or a more serious issue requiring a major repair we’re here to get things flowing again.
